Dit privacybeleid legt uit hoe CREWR ("CREWR", "wij", "ons") je persoonsgegevens verzamelt, gebruikt en beschermt wanneer je het CREWR-platform op crewr.nl (het "Platform") gebruikt. Wij verwerken je gegevens conform de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) en de Nederlandse privacywetgeving.

1. Wie wij zijn

CREWR is de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de persoonsgegevens die via het Platform worden verwerkt. Bedrijfsgegevens: CREWR wordt geëxploiteerd door KAM Sound & Events, gevestigd in Nederland (KvK-nummer: 86741446, btw-nummer: NL004304280B55). Vestigingsadres: Kanaalzichthof 402, Utrecht. Voor privacyvragen of -verzoeken kun je contact opnemen via info@crewr.nl.

2. Welke gegevens wij verzamelen

• Accountgegevens: naam, e-mailadres en het wachtwoord dat veilig namens ons wordt beheerd door Google Firebase Authentication.
• Profielgegevens: informatie die je zelf toevoegt: weergavenaam, stad, bio, rollen, dagtarief, ervaring, talen, credits, certificeringen, apparatuur, profiel- en bannerafbeeldingen en portfolio-items.
• Klusgegevens: oproepen, reacties, bevestigingen, evenementdata, locaties en berichten tussen gebruikers.
• Gebruiksgegevens: basale technische informatie zoals profielweergaven en interacties, om het Platform te laten werken en te verbeteren.
• Wat je aan CREWY geeft: als je CREWY, de slimme assistent in CREWR, een bericht, een regel tekst, een PDF of een foto laat lezen, bewaren wij die invoer en wat CREWY eruit haalt (zoals datum, tijden, locatie, opdrachtgever en tarief), zodat je er een klus van kunt maken.
• Wat CREWY meekrijgt als je hem iets vraagt: stel je CREWY een vraag of praat je met hem, dan krijgt hij voor zijn antwoord mee wat jij zelf in CREWR hebt staan. Als freelancer zijn dat je voornaam, je eigen klussen (zoals opdrachtgever, dagen, tijden, locatie, tarief en contactpersoon) en je genoteerde uren. Als bedrijf zijn dat je voornaam en je eigen boekingen (zoals dagen, locatie en hoeveel plekken bevestigd zijn). Ook de laatste regels van het gesprek op je scherm gaan mee, zodat hij weet waar het over gaat. Dat gesprek en zijn antwoord bewaren wij niet: CREWY onthoudt geen gesprekken. Leest CREWY je bericht eerst als mogelijk werk, dan geldt daarvoor wat hierboven staat.
• Je agenda, als je die koppelt: koppel je in de app de agenda van je telefoon, of op de website je Google Agenda, dan lezen wij de titels, plaatsen en tijden van je afspraken van de afgelopen 30 en de komende 90 dagen. Beschrijvingen, deelnemers en notities lezen wij niet. Je afspraken zie alleen jij. Wij bewaren alleen de afspraken die CREWY als werk herkent (als voorstel om toe te voegen) en een onherleidbare vingerafdruk van welke afspraken al bekeken zijn, zodat je niets twee keer krijgt. De app kan je klussen ook in een eigen agenda “CREWR” op je telefoon zetten; aan je eigen afspraken verandert daarbij niets.
• Je mail, als je die koppelt: koppel je je eigen mailbox (zoals Gmail, Outlook of Hotmail), dan tonen wij in CREWR de afzender, het onderwerp en de eerste regel van je recente mails, zonder ze op te slaan. Een mail wordt pas geopend als jij erop tikt: dan leest CREWY de tekst en de bijlagen, en bewaren wij die bijlagen en wat CREWY eruit haalt, net als een bestand dat je zelf toevoegt. CREWR leest je mail alleen en verstuurt, verplaatst of wist er nooit iets in. CREWR kijkt nooit vanzelf in je mailbox, ook niet naar wie je mailt. Dat gebeurt alleen als jij daarom vraagt. Tik je op Facturen zoeken in je mail, dan zoekt CREWR naar mails die zichzelf een factuur noemen en een PDF meesturen. Daarvan lezen wij de afzender, het onderwerp, de datum en de naam van de bijlage, en jij kiest wat ermee gebeurt. Zet je zo'n factuur bij een aankoop, dan leest CREWR de tekst met vaste regels, zonder AI, om het factuurnummer, het bedrag en de btw in te vullen. Heeft je mailbox geen eigen inlogscherm voor apps (zoals Yahoo, iCloud, KPN of Ziggo), dan geef je het wachtwoord van die mailbox op, of een app-wachtwoord dat je daar speciaal voor CREWR aanmaakt. Dat wachtwoord bewaren wij versleuteld en gebruiken wij alleen om je mail te lezen. Ontkoppelen kan altijd; dan wissen wij de toegang tot je mailbox, ook dat wachtwoord.
• Gegevens uit je Google-account (Gmail en Google Agenda): wat wij via een koppeling met Google ontvangen, gebruiken wij alleen om jou die functie in CREWR te bieden. Wij gebruiken het niet voor advertenties, verkopen het niet en geven het niet door aan anderen, behalve aan onze verwerkers om de functie te laten werken of als de wet dat eist. Geen mens bij CREWR leest het, tenzij jij daar uitdrukkelijk om vraagt of het nodig is voor de veiligheid of de wet, en wij trainen er geen AI-modellen mee. Ons gebruik en onze doorgifte van informatie die wij via Google API's ontvangen, voldoet aan het Google API Services User Data Policy, inclusief de Limited Use-vereisten.
• Betaal- en abonnementsgegevens: voor betaalde bedrijfsabonnementen verwerkt onze betaaldienstverlener Mollie B.V. je betaling. Wij ontvangen van Mollie beperkte gegevens (zoals betaalstatus en betaal-, klant- en mandaat-id) om je abonnement te beheren. Volledige kaart- of bankrekeninggegevens worden door Mollie verwerkt en niet door ons opgeslagen.

Betaling voor het werk tussen gebruikers wordt rechtstreeks tussen gebruikers buiten het Platform geregeld; die betalingen verwerken wij niet. Abonnementsbetalingen van bedrijven verlopen via Mollie (zie hierboven).

3. Hoe en waarom wij je gegevens gebruiken

• Om je account en profiel aan te maken en te beheren. Grondslag: uitvoering van een overeenkomst.
• Om opdrachtgevers en crew elkaar te laten vinden, aanvragen te versturen en te berichten. Grondslag: uitvoering van een overeenkomst.
• Om met CREWY een bericht of bestand dat jij aanlevert om te zetten in een klus. Dit gebeurt alleen als jij CREWY zelf iets laat lezen. Grondslag: uitvoering van een overeenkomst.
• Om CREWY een vraag van jou te laten beantwoorden met wat jij zelf in CREWR hebt staan. Dit gebeurt alleen als jij hem iets vraagt. Grondslag: uitvoering van een overeenkomst.
• Om, als jij je agenda koppelt, je afspraken naast je klussen te tonen en CREWY te laten voorstellen welke afspraken werk zijn. Er komt nooit vanzelf een klus bij: dat doe jij met een tik. Ontkoppelen kan altijd. Grondslag: uitvoering van een overeenkomst.
• Om, als jij je mail koppelt, je recente mails te tonen en een mail die jij aantikt door CREWY bij de juiste klus te laten zetten. Een mail opent pas op jouw tik, en jij bevestigt waar hij hoort. Grondslag: uitvoering van een overeenkomst.
• Om het Platform veilig te houden en misbruik te voorkomen. Grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang.
• Voor de veiligheid kunnen wij de inhoud van berichten tussen gebruikers beoordelen wanneer daar aanleiding voor is, bijvoorbeeld na een melding of een geautomatiseerd signaal (zoals het delen van contactgegevens of mogelijk grof taalgebruik). Grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang.
• Om onze diensten te verbeteren. Grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang.
• Om betaalde bedrijfsabonnementen af te sluiten, te verlengen en te incasseren via onze betaaldienstverlener Mollie. Grondslag: uitvoering van een overeenkomst.
• Om te voldoen aan wettelijke (waaronder fiscale) bewaar- en administratieverplichtingen. Grondslag: wettelijke verplichting.

4. Delen van je gegevens

Je openbare profiel (naam, rol, stad, bio, afbeeldingen, portfolio) is zichtbaar voor andere geregistreerde gebruikers zodat klussen tot stand kunnen komen. Wij verkopen je persoonsgegevens niet. Wij gebruiken betrouwbare verwerkers die gegevens namens ons verwerken, waaronder Google Firebase (authenticatie, database, opslag en hosting), Google Vertex AI (het AI-model achter CREWY) en Mollie B.V. (verwerking van abonnementsbetalingen). Wat je CREWY laat lezen of vraagt, en wat hij voor zijn antwoord meekrijgt, wordt binnen de EU door het AI-model van Google verwerkt. Google gebruikt deze gegevens niet om eigen AI-modellen te trainen.

Facturen die via Peppol gaan (onze eigen facturen, en facturen die je zelf vanuit CREWR via Peppol verstuurt) bezorgen wij via Recommand, een Peppol-toegangspunt in België dat als onze verwerker optreedt. Recommand ontvangt daarvoor de gegevens op de factuur, zoals de namen, adressen, KvK- en btw-nummers van afzender en ontvanger, de bedragen en de omschrijving, en bezorgt de factuur binnen de EU bij het boekhoudprogramma van de ontvanger.

5. Internationale doorgifte

Onze infrastructuurproviders kunnen gegevens buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte verwerken. Waar dit gebeurt, zijn passende waarborgen (zoals de modelcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie) van toepassing.

6. Hoe lang wij je gegevens bewaren

Wij bewaren je persoonsgegevens zolang je account actief is. Als je je account verwijdert, verwijderen of anonimiseren wij je persoonsgegevens binnen een redelijke termijn, behalve waar wij gegevens wettelijk moeten bewaren. Wat je CREWY laat lezen en niet bij een klus bewaart, verwijderen wij automatisch na 30 dagen. Bewaar je het wel bij een klus, dan blijft het bestaan tot je de klus of je account verwijdert. Betaal- en factuurgegevens bewaren wij zolang als wettelijk verplicht (fiscale bewaarplicht, in Nederland doorgaans zeven jaar).

7. Je rechten

Onder de AVG heb je het recht om:

• de persoonsgegevens die wij over je hebben in te zien;
• onjuiste gegevens te laten corrigeren;
• verwijdering van je gegevens te vragen;
• bepaalde verwerking te beperken of er bezwaar tegen te maken;
• je gegevens in een overdraagbaar formaat te ontvangen.

Stuur voor het uitoefenen van deze rechten een e-mail naar info@crewr.nl. Je hebt ook het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen, waaronder versleutelde verbindingen, geauthenticeerde toegang en toegangscontroles die je gegevens achter onze beveiligde backend houden.

9. Cookies

Wij gebruiken cookies en vergelijkbare opslag om je ingelogd te houden en te begrijpen hoe het Platform wordt gebruikt. Alleen met jouw toestemming gebruiken wij daarnaast de Facebook-pixel (Meta) voor advertentiemeting en Google Analytics (Google) voor bezoekersstatistieken. 10. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. De bijgewerkte versie wordt hier geplaatst met een aangepaste datum hierboven.

This Privacy Policy explains how CREWR ("CREWR", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the CREWR platform at crewr.nl (the "Platform"). We are committed to handling your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection law.

1. Who we are

CREWR is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Platform. Company details: CREWR is operated by KAM Sound & Events, registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK number: 86741446, VAT number: NL004304280B55). Registered address: Kanaalzichthof 402, Utrecht, the Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@crewr.nl.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and the password managed securely on our behalf by Google Firebase Authentication.
• Profile data: information you choose to add: display name, city, bio, roles, day rate, experience, languages, credits, certifications, equipment, profile and banner images, and portfolio items.
• Gig data: gigs, responses, confirmations, event dates, locations, and messages exchanged between users.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as profile views and interactions, used to operate and improve the Platform.
• What you give CREWY: when you let CREWY, the smart assistant in CREWR, read a message, a line of text, a PDF or a photo, we keep that input and what CREWY finds in it (such as the date, times, location, client and rate), so you can turn it into a job.
• What CREWY is given when you ask him something: when you ask CREWY a question or talk to him, he is given what you yourself have in CREWR to answer with. For a freelancer that is your first name, your own jobs (such as the client, days, times, location, rate and contact person) and the hours you wrote. For a company that is your first name and your own bookings (such as the days, the location and how many places are confirmed). The last lines of the conversation on your screen go along too, so he knows what it is about. We do not keep that conversation or his answer: CREWY does not remember conversations. When CREWY first reads your message as possible work, what is said above applies to it.
• Your calendar, if you link it: when you link your phone's calendar in the app, or your Google Calendar on the website, we read the titles, places and times of your appointments from the past 30 and the next 90 days. We never read descriptions, attendees or notes. Only you see your appointments. We keep only the appointments CREWY recognises as work (as a suggestion to add) and a non-reversible fingerprint of which appointments were already looked at, so nothing is offered twice. The app can also put your jobs in a calendar of its own called “CREWR” on your phone; your own appointments are not changed by this.
• Your mail, if you link it: when you link your own mailbox (such as Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail), we show the sender, subject and first line of your recent mails in CREWR, without storing them. A mail is only opened when you tap it: CREWY then reads its text and attachments, and we keep those attachments and what CREWY finds in them, just like a file you add yourself. CREWR only reads your mail and never sends, moves or deletes anything in it. CREWR never looks into your mailbox by itself, not even at who wrote to you. That only happens when you ask for it. When you tap Find invoices in your mail, CREWR looks for mails that call themselves an invoice and carry a PDF. Of those we read the sender, subject, date and the name of the attachment, and you choose what happens with them. When you put such an invoice on a purchase, CREWR reads its text with fixed rules, without AI, to fill in the invoice number, amount and VAT. If your mailbox has no sign-in screen of its own for apps (such as Yahoo, iCloud, KPN or Ziggo), you give the password of that mailbox, or an app password you make there for CREWR alone. We keep that password encrypted and only use it to read your mail. You can unlink at any time; we then delete the access to your mailbox, that password included.
• Data from your Google account (Gmail and Google Calendar): what we receive through a link with Google is used only to give you that feature in CREWR. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it and do not pass it on to others, except to our processors to make the feature work or where the law requires it. No person at CREWR reads it, unless you explicitly ask us to or it is needed for security or by law, and we do not train AI models with it. CREWR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Payment and subscription data: for paid company subscriptions, our payment service provider Mollie B.V. processes your payment. We receive limited data from Mollie (such as payment status and payment, customer, and mandate IDs) to manage your subscription. Full card or bank account details are processed by Mollie and not stored by us.

Any payment for the work between users is arranged directly between users off the Platform; we do not process those payments. Company subscription payments are handled through Mollie (see above).

3. How and why we use your data

• To create and manage your account and profile. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To enable bookers and crew to find each other, post gigs and respond to them, and message. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To turn a message or file you give CREWY into a job. This only happens when you choose to let CREWY read something. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To let CREWY answer a question of yours with what you yourself have in CREWR. This only happens when you ask him something. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• When you link your calendar, to show your appointments next to your jobs and let CREWY suggest which ones are work. A job is never added by itself: you do that with a tap. You can unlink at any time. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• When you link your mail, to show your recent mails and let CREWY put a mail you tap on the right job. A mail opens only on your tap, and you confirm where it belongs. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep the Platform secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• For safety, we may review the content of messages between users where there is cause to do so, for example following a report or an automated signal (such as sharing of contact details or possible abusive language). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To improve our services and understand how the Platform is used. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To set up, renew, and collect paid company subscriptions through our payment service provider Mollie. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To comply with legal record-keeping and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

4. Sharing your data

Your public profile (name, role, city, bio, images, portfolio) is visible to other registered users so that gigs can happen. We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers ("processors") who process data on our behalf, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, and hosting), Google Vertex AI (the AI model behind CREWY) and Mollie B.V. (processing of subscription payments). These providers act under agreements that require them to protect your data. What you let CREWY read or ask him, and what he is given to answer with, is processed by Google's AI model within the EU. Google does not use this data to train its own AI models.

Invoices sent over Peppol (our own invoices, and invoices you send from CREWR over Peppol yourself) are delivered through Recommand, a Peppol access point in Belgium that acts as our processor. For that, Recommand receives the data on the invoice, such as the names, addresses, Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers of sender and recipient, the amounts and the description, and delivers the invoice within the EU to the recipient's bookkeeping software.

5. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain information to comply with legal obligations. Anything you let CREWY read and do not keep with a job is deleted automatically after 30 days. If you keep it with a job, it stays until you delete that job or your account. We keep payment and invoice records for as long as legally required (tax retention, generally seven years in the Netherlands).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• request deletion of your data;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@crewr.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, authenticated access, and access controls that keep your data behind our secured backend.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to understand how the Platform is used. Only with your consent do we additionally use the Facebook pixel (Meta) for ad measurement and Google Analytics (Google) for visitor statistics. See our Cookie Policy for details and to change your choice.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "last updated" date above.
